Josephine is 16 years old and she stays together with her mother and her 7 sisters and brothers in a small village in Katakwi district. Her father died.

She finished primary 7 and with the support of TEPACYO she studied a course in catering at Uganda Martyrs Vocational Institution in Soroti and graduated with certificate in December 2013.

Apart from tuition fees Josephine was also supported from TEPACYO with school uniform, personal requirements and clothes for practical lessons.
